I loved the hotel facilities, with a stunning pool area and the option to have a room with pool access. The restaurant had delicious food that was reasonably priced, and the staff went out of their way to take care of guests. The environment was beautiful, with serene onsite ponds and lovely landscaping. The staff at breakfast provided excellent service.

We like stay at Khum Phaya resort, very nice Hotel. But when we stayed there, we cannot got a complete breakfast because the guest very few...

We love this resort very much. It's beautiful, secluded, exotic and affordable. We get well-treated by all staff. The swimming pool is amazing and large. Young children can play safely in the pool because it is the perfect depth for them. This is our favorite resort in Thailand. We will definitely come back to stay in this resort again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with authentic decor. The outdoor areas were absolutely stunning with a variety of beautiful flowers and plants. The pool was gorgeous, and we enjoyed floating on the pool noodles. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, but the friendly staff helped us arrange transportation. We also encountered a few mosquitoes, but the hotel provided mosquito repellent and the staff was helpful in addressing the issue.

Everything was great.

The only concern which I've got is about the reservation. I did book this hotel in March through bookig.com using my master credit card and I received the confirmation. Therefore, at the check out point they were asking me to paid again.!!!!!! Which I did with my visa debit card. So, I m not to sure If I paid twice and I really want to know. Service and people were good.

- Pool bar wasn't open because of low season. - WiFi wasn't working very well but there was still the cable internet connection in the room

The transportation to the surrounding tourist spots could be more convenient.

The outdoor swimming pool is a highlight, with sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. The entertainment and leisure/ TV room are perfect to relax and enjoy your stay. The bar and snack bar serve delicious food and drinks. In-room breakfast is a great feature, and the Buffet breakfast in the restaurant is impressive. The private facilities in the room are luxurious and add to the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel is located a little far from the city center, so it can be difficult to get around without a taxi or tuk-tuk. However, the hotel offers a taxi service for an affordable price, so it's not a major issue.

Unbelievably beautiful pool and grounds... Walk from room into the pool. Very Thai/Zen.
